We are based in, Hamilton and are a private fitness studio catering for all fitness levels. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented brand that caters for each and every individuals needs.
Opening times:
Mon-Fri 6am - 9pm
Weekends 6am - 3pm
This class will be constantly varied using functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity for the best results in strength, power, endurance, speed, accuracy, flexibility & balance.
Classes are for all fitness levels and are a fun and great way to meet like minded people.
